We should be proud of Memphis, not afraid of it.

We don’t cuff enough and our justice system isn’t tough enough. Our city has fallen victim to rising crime, a justice system that won’t deter it, and politicians that won’t face reality. Until these are addressed and criminals are taken off the streets, crime numbers will continue to rise.

The consequences of lawless behavior and violence are not deterring crime in our city. Criminals are emboldened, some released on bond or free without bail, others are intimidating or harming your fellow citizens right now while community organizations and politicians excuse their behavior. The quality of life in Memphis, TN is suffering.

Memphians deserve the real numbers. They are now easy to find without complex searches, filtering through local government sites, or taking a politician’s word for it.
